I have a new sundisk sansa mp4, it was given to me by my boy friend on our anniversary, and I gave him formal suits he can wear to work, back to my sansa, I cant find a good video converter for it, and everytime a download a video file in it a message appears saying that the file can be copied but can not be played by the device.
