I've had my e250 for about 8 months now. Today I'm going to have to listen to talk radio at work. I hate talk radio.  This is the second this has happened. I was connected to the Rhapsody program editing some music and removing some mp3's, when I was done I clicked disconnect removed the plug and it's stuck on "refresh database". The first time it froze, I waited until the batery died and all was fine. Not this time. I tried removing the battery, same thing. I saw on this site where you hold the power button down for 15-20 seconds, nothing. Is there a manual reset under the back cover that I'm not seeing?  Did I mention I hate talk radio...........Help

Ouch, sounds like a bummer... though I love talk radio.

Have you tried giving Sandisk's support centar a call? Did they help you solve the problem?

After reading some of the other posts, I read something about Sandisk's ebox. These people were very helpfull.(www.sandisk.com) They gave me various suggestions and after none of them worked they sent via email a pre-paid shipper. I'm happy to say I now have a new player. They gave me an even exchange.  I highly recommend sansa ebox. These people know what customer service is all about.

 Thanks Matt
