I'm now on my second player. Sandisk replaced the first one due to freeze up. I have the 2gb e250. The first one I had no problems getting rid of all the pre loaded crap. This one is giving me problems. I removed all the pre loads but the memory is half gone. Rhapsody shows 993.8mb used but there's nothing there. When I download mp3's it only holds about 200, should be more like 450 or 500 depending on length of song.

 I already contacted sandisk, but since it's a holiday weekend I probably won't get an answer till next week. I've tried formatting but windows explorer won't complete the task.
