I'm looking at purchasing the sansa e280 primarily to use to record lectures at school. I'd like to hear about anyone's experience using the voice recorder on their e-series sansa. I'm curious about the microphone's performance for recording in a lecture hall. I have no doubt the mic would work well for making brief notes to yourself, but how good of a job does the pinhole mic work when a speaker paces back and forth about 15-25 feet away? Also, does the recorder have a maximum length of time that a single recording can be or can I record as long as I have available memory space? Please provide your own experiences. Thanks.
