Just purchased a 2GB Sansa Clip in the U.S. for use in Canada. Cannot use the Rhapsody subscription software in Canada, so will use Napster instead. However, Napster tells me that "your Sansa Clip 2Gb needs to be reformatted because your digital rights management software has become corrupted"

I have formatted the Sansa Clip, which has deleted the few sample songs which came with the Sansa Clip, but still get the message when I try to sync with Napster. Anybody any ideas where I go from here?

Please reformat your player using the Devices Format command.

Unplug the device and go to Settings>  Format>  Select Yes

The device will perform a Hard format.

Then retry the Napster again.
