i cant figure out how to get pics or videos on my sansa. can some1 pleez help me?????????

You'll need the Sansa Media Converter software installed to make this a lot easier. It should have been included on a CD when you bought the player. If you don't have it, you can download it from Sandisk's site, but them make you register first. You can get it here: http://www.sandisk.com/driverdownload/drlogin.asp?driverId=184

I have the same problem Gridagent has. I can not see any video on my Samsa e250. I have used the converter, I have copied the files .avi directely and It does not work. Can somebody help us?
I finally found out how to put tham on it easy u might be gettin wrong video on try videos from differant site or source i didn't use that converter thing it works though .
