Hopefully it comes quickly, getting the view to accept music from Rhapsody correctly has been a challenge. However , I am not sure that the blame can all go to the Sansa View itself. The Rhapsody site may be a bit choppy at handling some players.
Thanks to the guys at sandisk for releasing a newer version of VIew firmware!!
To help those out there save a little time, here's a direct link to the Sansa Firmware Updater tool: http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1376

Using the new firmware (I never did use the old), I have these problems:
1) If the View's USB cable is plugged in (to a charger, for instance), and I turn it off, my position in the file is not saved and I can't resume at the correct spot. I have to make sure I turn off the charger before the view.
2) If I have a micro SD card plugged in, whenever I turn it on it tries to update the database by scanning what's on the SD card--even if it didn't change at all. I haven't tried an SD card with a lot of files on it, but if it has to reindex a lot of files every time I turn it on, that'll make SD cards almost useless.
