My daughter gave me her m240 player recently.

How do I delete all of the music that she had downloaded?  I want to do this before I download my music.

Also, when my husband had first bought the player, he had signed up for a free trial on the website "URGE" and when the free trial was over he never renewed the subscription.  Now when I turn on the player a message comes on reading..."SYNCRONIZE TO CONTINUE MUSIC SUBSCRIPTION".  What does that mean?  Do I have to do something before I delete the old music?

Speaking of music....Does anyone know of any websites where I can download FREE music from the "Golden Oldies of the 50's, 60's & 70's"?  I would greatly appreciate any recommendations.  I've been having a hard time finding one.....either you have to pay for it or sign up for a free trial and then pay for it.
