Okay, it has been a YEAR since we purchased the e250 for our son.  It worked great and has a ton of options which he loved.  However, the one thing we never understood was the sync.  After the Rhapsody free trial we started purchasing music through Walmart.com at only .89 cents a song.  Again, worked great for awhile and then told us we need to sync.  We have not been able to do that.  How do we do that?

I just purchased an ipod and downloaded itunes ... will this solve our problems?  How do I get itunes to recognize the Sansa?
