I just purchased an 4G Sansa Connect  and started transfering  MP3 songs to it but I can not play any of them back--I get error: "can't play--license expired". However these are my own MP3 songs I ripped them from my own CDs to my computer. Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

Most likely, you ripped them in WMA format while the "copy-protect music" box in your ripping settings was checked, which would mean you DRM'd your own tunes by mistake.

Double check your ripping settings in the Tools --> Options --> Rip Music area and then re-rip your CDs (make sure the copy protect box is not checked. You shouldn't have to worry about licenses after that.

Best of luck to you.

Are you saving or converting these to MP3? I don

I don't use Yahoo but are the Mp3 files?
