I got an sansa view 8gb it worked fine until yesterday were it froze and the thumbwheel light is still on.I already tried the hold reset for 15-30sec but it dosnt reset.Is there any other way to fix it?your help well be very appreciate.

When you say "hold reset" did you hold down the home button and push the slider up and wait?  That's how I discovered you can reboot the entire system.

Naw i just waited till like 8-12hrs so the battery would die then i charged it,then it started workin again,thanks for your advice to

could any one help me to recover my sansa view..
it unexpectedly frozen 2times and i get it back.then a week later it freezes at the SANDISK logo starting ;and can't go after that.so?
