I got an m200 mp3 player for Christmas but can not run the disk in a windows vista computer. The disk says I need windows xp with service pack one. I do not have xp. Is there a solution??

There really shouldn't be anything on the disk you need in order to start using your m200 series player. Windows Media Player (included with Vista) fully supports the m200. Just launch Windows Media Player and connect the m200 to your PC and all should be fine.
