My name is Bob and I received an m200 for Christmas.

I am unable to copy my own personal CD's to this unit.

A friend, who is an experienced mp3 user, attempted to make things work. He could not.

We (he) tried every front door, side door, back door... just short of "McGivering" it into submission- attempt but nothing worked.

My friend thinks there is a step missing from the manual, maybe lost in translation.

Any response would be appreciated.
