i am looking for some assistance with my e260.
my player when powered on goes to a white screen. i called sandisk tech support. i was informed that the players firmware needed to be re-installed. i was instructed to download the sansa update and download the firmware. i was also instructed to have the player in recovery mode which i have done. i have downloaded the updater but no firmware is located.
anyone that could point me in the direction that will assist in this situation is greatly appreciated.
