My Sansa does not seem to sense the micro sd card I placed into the memory extension slot. It shows just the nominal 4gig numbers.

Is there an installation step I'm not aware of?

THANKS

This might be a firmware bug others have reported. Are they Kingston Cards by chance?

Also, Some have reported that if you format them to FAT16 they will work. Might try that.

Unfortunately you need something that you can plug the card into on your computer. Some of the newer computers come with card slots. If yours doesn;t you need to buy a card reader that hooks to your USB port. Frown
