For MP3 players I usually use a lower bitrate than 192. Maybe its my older ears but I can't tell much difference at a lower rate.

I'm curious to hear what everyone uses as their encoding method. I have a really soft spot for VBR Ogg Vorbis encoding, but most players today don't support that. What does everyone think? I currently use 192 kbps MP3.
