i just got a sandisk sansa 140c and when it is plugged into the computer it recognizes it but when its unplug i cant get it to turn on. i think there is something wrong with the power button. i was wondering if there was something that i could do to fix this.

There is probably a way to do a factory reset, alsas I don't have one and can't tell you , but.

You might try Sansa Support themselves.
