Hi,

yesterday I recieved my brand-new Mp3-player. I wanted to connect it, but it didn't work. My pc cannot recognize it, and I just can't put music on it.

I have a Windows XP and I also tried to search for a driver. Maybe it is because I have brought my pc from Germany and the Mp3-player is from the US????

I don't know what to do, please can annybody help me, otherwise I will have to return it.

Thanks a lot!!

Maja

What exatcly happens when you plug in the Sansa into your usb port? This might help figuring things out.

That's exactly my problem: Nothing happens, except the tone I can hear which always comes, whenever you connect anny devices. When I open the hardware-manager on my pc it appears, but with an exclamation point telling me that the device cannot be started (errorcode 10). The display on the Mp3-player says "USB connected MIP"

Do you have an idea??

Thanks!!

Hey there

Any resolution with your m200? Same exact problem as you described. A driver isn't available on the site but a firmware updater is. It does nothing.

Great design-wish it worked-man.

Thanks,

Ed
