About a week ago I went to download some more music. I went into Rhapsody as I usually do, and when I do it doesn't recognize my player (e250R). My player says it's connected but the computer can't find it. I had this problem one time before and I reloaded the software that came with it and my problem was solved. This time however is different. I've un-installed and re-installed probably 5 times now. It's tickin me off. I've decided I'm finished with Rhapsody. I contacted Sansa, there telling me I need to format my player. With no way of making a backup of my music this isn't going to happen. Besides the player plays fine, Rhapsody just won't acknowledge the connection. I need some other options.

MI_Eddie,
Did you ever figure this out? Let us know what you have done since your post and where you are at with your E250 and maybe we can help.

Does the computer recognize the player at all? You said Rhapsody doesn't see it, but check your My Computer Icon to see if the player shows up at all. Also did you try Plays For Sure mode?
Lastly did anything get downloaded or updated on your computer recently? SP3 upgrade for XP, any critical updates or things like that?
