I/O error is in most cases is not fixable. If you're able to get the player recognized on the computer, you can try to uninstall the driver and re-install it via Device Manager. Other than that though, if it's still under warranty (1 year from when it was purchased) you can call SanDisk for a RMA.
All of a sudden my e-130 mp3 player opens to a select language screen, and then says I need to delete 4 M of songs. When I plug it into my computer, It wont let me in, it says there is a I/O device error. I have no idea what to do, and I would really appreciate some advice..
