Just a couple of questions so we can better get an idea of what we're working with :)
1. Is this a Desktop or Laptop computer
2. What operating system are you using
3. Is the computer going into sleep mode while the player is connected
4. Is it frozen on the connected screen when you disconnect it

sorry for my english...i just bought a sansa clip 4GB i tryied to charge the battery (using the USB-back port...) but i didnt charge all...what can i do?

I had a similar problem. What I did was plug into the PC and update the firmware first. After that it charged fine.
