Hello,

      I bought my Sansa last year and saved all my music to my desktop.  That computer died, and I bought a new laptop.  My Sansa is fine.  I downloaded Rhapsody and can play the songs just fine when the Sansa is plugged in.  I want to be able to just load all the songs from my Sansa  onto my new laptop so I can leave my Sansa in my car.  I contacted Sansa directly and they said I needed to save all the songs to my harddrive and then use Rhapsody to scan for new music on my harddrive but could not tell me how.

       So, that is the question.  How do I download my music from my Sansa onto my new comp?  Thanks.
