Do you mean a MiniSD card that's HC?
I don't recall seeing any past 2gb, however you can get MicroSDHC cards with Mini adapters if need be

I do mean MiniSDHC they have 8 gigs now, but do they work on the E250 series?

No, the E200 only takes MicroSD cards and unfortunately you can't go from a big to a smaller card
