yes sure, i downloaded the software u are looking from this url http:www.youtube-video-downloads.org its a very powerfull software and u can download any youtube video in your pc and convert it in any format you want, give it a try because online there are not many software like this one, take care!

iPod accepts MP4 videos and MP3 audio , videos download from YouTube is FLV format, you can try iTube Studio ,it's easy to operate and support free upgrade.

Hi all,
I use Convert-tune for video conversion.

It converts audio files to different formats (to MP3, M4A (AAC), WMA and WAV).
It has free CD Ripper and free CD Burner, and other options.
It converts video files for iPod as well (to MP4, WMV, AVI and 3gp.)
