Hi all,

I have quite a few music files loaded onto my Sansa.  I have never had any problems with the music files or playback until recently.  Now, when I play ANY of my music files, I can hear the instrumental in the background crystal clear, but the vocals sound extremely muffled and scratchy.  I can't figure out why for the life of me.  Could it be an issue regarding my settings, or does it sound more like a hardware or software issue?  Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated.
