Have you tried Any Video Converter? Check out this post here.

I've tried adding videos on my Fuze and find that the audio is often out of synch 
. Has anybody else had this problem? Any reasons for this? And what can I do to fix this problem?

I've seen in other forums that you can only use the Media Converter with the Fuze & the link you provided seems to be for the View.
Please confirm that this is ok for fuze

I will let Apix chime in on this. He is the expert when it comes to AVC and Sansa.
