Want to knowing, what's going on? When I treat to take down the Sansa Connect Recovery Tool, Access Denied You comes me out following message Mr. 't have permission to access http://mp3support.sandisk.com/tools/DeviceRecoverySetup.exe on this server.

Hi, I'm new at this.
Question 1 - My computer does not recognize the sansa connect when I go to my computer. I tried holding the off button down on the sansa connect to shut it off completely and then restart it. Windows xp will recognize it through windows media player. But i prefer the drag and drop function using windows. How can I get "My Computer" to recognize my sansa connect.

Question 2: I downloaded the recovery tool and it loads and runs but that's it. I can't find it anywhere to run it.

Question 3: I copied my songs from the computer to my sansa sometime back. My computer crashed and had to be formated. How can I copy the songs in the sansa connect back into my computer?

Note: This is and awesome forum. I'v rambled through a lot of question/answer threads and "Man" you guys are GREAT!!!!!
