I am looking for software that is completely free. It can not be some software that only does three minutes like Noteburner.

I'd like to recommend this DRM media converter to you, it can remove the drm protection off music and video, it works pretty well for my sansa player

the music/video download from itunes is drm protected. you need to remove the drm and convert it to psp friendly format first. i always use daniusoft media converter pro. it works great as a drm removal.
