I think the card speed only comes into play with video files. I have an 8gb class 2 and for music it's fine
My players:4gb Fuze,8gb microSDHC,2gb Clip
My 'phones:Sennheiser HD201,Koss KSC-75(x2),Sony MDR-V150 (major EQ adj. required)
My amp: FiiO E3
I just picked up the 8GB View for 60 bucks. Excellent price for what you get! I was wondering how large of a Memory card it takes? Does speed of the card matter? I don't want slow browsing.playback...
Any other tips I should know about purchasing a MicroSD card for this player?

At the end of the day I think most cards are the same speed. Just get a card that is a good deal and you should be good to go.

I think there are some really good prices for memory cards at buy.com...is there where you got your View? I just bought one from there...8GB for $50...refurbished.
Bought several cards from there without issue.
