Software download for sansa e250 not working

when I go to download the software from the sandisk website and I click on the blue bubble to download now it takes me to a page that says "File Not Found" what am I supposed to do if I can't download the conversion software for my player! its so frutrating, any helpful ideas???

meh sansa player is not workin.....when i starts the sansa player it hangs in the refresh database.....please help me..... :(

dear sir,
I bought one sansa e250 few days ago.when I start the sansa e250 player it hangs in the middle while refreshing the database .please do help .
