Yes.
1. Put the Fuze into MSC mode so that your computer will see it as a USB device (like a disk drive) when you plug it in.
2. Double-click the device icon to open the USB device window.
3. Click & drag .mp3 files directly onto the folder icon named 'Music'.
4. When the files finish copying, unplug the Fuze from the USB cable
5. The Fuze will slowly (and I mean *really slowly*!) go through the 'Refreshing Media' process. If it seems like it's taking a long time, that's because it's taking a long time. You may even think it's frozen, but the progress bar will slowly fill. Don't f*** with it, and DO NOT TURN OFF OR RESTART THE FUZE UNTIL THE REFRESH IS COMPLETE!
(Shutting it off or restarting won't actually harm your system. I just like to TALK REALLY LOUD! Sometimes ... )
If you happen to restart your system, the Fuze will restart the 'Refresh ' process again, so patience is a virtue in this case.
6. When the 'Refreshing Media' process is complete, all of the songs will be available to play using the regular controls.
FYI: You can use MTP mode, but the device is a lot easier to manage if you do averything in MSC mode.

I *really* like my 4GB Fuze. Especially since I put in an 8GB micro-SDHC card. Right now, I put everything on the card rather than the unit, so any time I modify anything, the 'Refresh Media' process takes long enough to cook a steak.
