I just got a new sansa view and sync'd it using windows media player.  This sansa view was a replacement for one I had to send back because the radio feature didn't work.  Anyway, after doing the sync I got the music but not the album art.  Even when I select the art feature under system settings, I still don't get it.

The album art...the cause of much aggravation. I'm assuming from how you worded your post that you could see the art on WMP. Assuming that is the case, if your player is in MSC mode....look at your song files in My Computer. Open the folder for the artis, and the album, and if in the list you see album art jpg , then you could try drag&drop the whole album folder into the player. If it all copies over onto the player, then when you disconnect it and it refreshes, you should be able to see the art.

My players:4gb Fuze,8gb microSDHC,2gb Clip
My 'phones:Sennheiser HD201,Koss KSC-75(x2),Sony MDR-V150 (major EQ adj. required)
My amp: FiiO E3

Still no album art. please help!!!!!

I tried what you suggested above and some suggestions I got from other sites & I still don't get the album art on my view.
Im using WMP 11 and whn I go to the Sync tab and select my view, it still shows all the album art. But I see no album art.jpg in any folder under my computer. The ironic thing is I uploaded 3 albums using WMP 9 on a different computer and I have the album art for all 3.

I do see the .alb files on my view using My Computer, but the file size is 0
