i recently had a problem with my sansa fuze player. when i was finished listening to my radio, i tried to go back to my music, and now when i press the play button , the music wont even play. i wanted to know if i should reset i back to factory settings? if i do that, will it delete all my files? please if anyone knows the answer, please respond back. thank you.

I got my sansa clip+ for Christmas last week. Lo and behold it stopped midsong this morning. It was fully charged and no amount of charging it again, pushing the power button, or any button for that matter results in a response. The display is pitch black.

What to do?
