I've seen BLACK 8-gig fuzes for sale on various sites. I confirmed with SanDisk that they have indeed released the 8-gig fuze in black. BUT--The Sansa and Best Buy Sites still advertise only in silver. I prefer to buy direct from Sansa or Best Buy, due to their better return policies. Anyone know IF and WHEN the black 8-gig might be available on one of those sites? Many thanks, e@

Hard to say if or when they will ever carry the black ones. Sometimes they just carry the most popular item to lower the number of SKUs in stock.

Tired of waiting for your device to do what you need it to?

Why not get a 4 gg and toss in a 16 gig micro sdhc? I did that and it works like a champ.

I don't think there is a black sansa fuze in 8 gb, i believe there is only silver. Mine is black its 2 gbs but i got a micro sd card, adding 8 more gb to my sansa. The micro sd didn't cost too much costed me $11 at amazon. Once you put the sd card in you barely realize its there, it blends with the things you synched in your fuze.

There is a black 8 GB Fuze. You can buy it in Best Buy and on Amazon.com
