Hi. I am a newbie here. I plugged in my fuze to the usb port on my desktop. It displays connected on the screen. When I try to search for the fuze in My Computer I do not see it. So I am unable to drag and drop songs from desktop to the fuze. It does not show up in Windows Media Player either, otherwise I would have been able to copy playlists. Please advise. Thanks.
