Now that you have had your Sansa Connect for a few months I am seeking your guidance as I am thinking in following in your footsteps.
Which do you think I should choose the Sansa Fuse or a Sansa Connect?
My computer has vista Home Premium and Windows Media Player 11.
My intended use is to play MP3 music and audio books that are in MP3 format. I like the idea of expandable memory using a micro SD card.
I am seeking ease of use with a screen that that easy to navigate.
There are several Sansa Connects being sold at various internet sites some with WI-FI functions some without. Does it matter at the time of purchase?
Thanks for the advice.
I just bought a Sansa Connect from a Micro Center store for $40. The box label said "no WiFi" and, sure enough, all of the WiFi features are missing from the user interface. I still bought it because a new 4GB player for $40 is a good deal to me.
Has anyone on this forum ever heard of these WiFi-less Connects? If so, do you know if they lack the hardware or is the functionality just disabled in the software.
I'm wondering if I have options to gain the missing WiFi capability.
