6 months later here and Can't find any answer for this problem either. This is bull ****!

I record using SANSA CLIP 4GB, the file size is 1.9GB. I want to sync it back to my computer (using the explorer) but got the following error:Not enough storage is available to complete this operation, I have enough space in my computer.
please advise,thanks
