I have a 16gb View and I have tried several "solutions" from the ABI and the Sansacommunity sites including...
* straight M3U file creation (MSC and MTP mode)
* the AutoM3U app (MSC mode)

...but none are working for me. I see the file(s) on the player from Windows Explorer but the playlists are not offered when using the player. I have tried copying to the Music folder and the Playlist folder.

I do not want to use MTP and WMP nor do I want to change the Album field on all tags as a work around. I do have MediaMonkey installed but have not tried that (does that use MTP ?).

I really like the Sansa players but this is unacceptable. My e280 handled playlists fine (the Sanse Playlister and Sansa manager are great) as well as my wife's old c250. I have not tried w/ her Clip.

 I am running firmware 1.03.02A .
