From what I've read on other websites the trick to end all problems is to hold the power switch in the up position for about 15 seconds. I did this and it seemed to sove my problem of it cutting off during playing of a song.

I usually get most of my info by viewing old members post. However this time I have a problem that I dont understand and hope the faithful can help me out. My view wont even turn on and when it does it says " Synchorize to continue your music subscription". What the heck does this mean? Thanks in advance for your repiles.
