If I'm posting in a wrong thread or going about it the wrong way please forgive me ... I'm new at this.

Hi, I have 3 questions?

1. "My Computer" won't recognize my Sansa Connect. It was before my system crashed and had to be formated. I tried shutting off my sansa holding the button down for 8 seconds and rebooting it and it still won't recognize it. I went to my computer "right click" properties and deleted my sansa connect and rebooted my computer. It shows up there but not under "My Computer".

2. Since I lost all my songs from my computer... is there a way to copy the songs from my sansa connect back to my computer?

3. How do I get my sansa to upgrade to play videos? I've actually driven around to find places that have wifi but all of them seem to need a password. I actually found a couple that did not require a password but it never connected.
