Has anyone used the Any Video Converter program for Sansa View?
I learn that it can convert .mkv files to Sansa's supported format. I have an anime series with 28 episodes in the mkv format. Does anybody know at what settings (format, Bitrate, resolution, sample rate) i should use?

I am using Any Video Converter Pro! It is very easy to use. There is just Sansa output profile in the right panel of the sw, you can just select it and convert the videos. You do not need set any parameters at all. Put the converted to your Sansa, then you are able to watch your videos on Sansa.

I use Aimersoft Media Converter which can convert .mkv files to Sansa compatible .mp4 .wmv H.264

It offers already mkv to Sansa output settings in one-stand way, amazing to say!
