 my new 2GB clip+ arrived a hour or so ago, its the first sandisk player i've had.

i read that i need to charge up the battery before i do anything else, and this is whats happening at this very moment.

my question is when do i disconnect the player from my pc?  the battery symbol is flashing, will it stop doing this when it is full?

i've been looking around the forum and after reading many threads about people's players having faults or not working, i just hope mine does!

one thing that confuses me is the subject of switching from mtp to msc mode. i wonder if i'm going to have to do this or not?  why is there more than one mode? which will be the best mode for me? [i'm running xp].
