Hello guys,

I'll be really appreciative if someone help me fix my Sansa View. Yesterday night I decided to format my Sansa via pc. I think the problem is that I formated it in NTFS. After that I unplugged the usb cable and my player restarted. Restarted to the welcome screen, and now everytime it freezes there. Nothing is happening, even when I connect it to pc. I found a solution on a website. It was like: turn it on with the usb cable plugged, after freeze put the player on hold and hold down the left side of the scroll until a message for format shows up. I tryed that but nothing happends, the player continuous to be frozen.

Thank you in advance!

Ok dude, I will help you, but let's do that over private email messages. I don't want other people to find the solution so easy, while I had to struggle for months till I found it out. Please reply to this with your email address and I will send you the solution. I saw your thread and seems like you have pretty similar problem to the one I had, so I'm pretty sure the solution will work for you too.
