My sansaE250 V2 freezes when i startup.

Normal first startup, but then it comes in headmenu. From that moment on de sansa fully freezes.

 Already done:

download sansa udater. When the sansa is connected to the computer, it is recognized. But the sansa wil not be recognized bij updater. The connection freezes.

I removed the battery and held the off button for 30 seconds, Then new start. still freezing.

Can somebody help me please!
