I just bought a Sansa view 16gb. I installed Rhapsody on my computer with the mini CD that came with the sansa. So, I want to sync music onto the sansa with Rhapsody--but whenever I plug it in with the USB, both My Computer (when I'm locating the sansa's music file) and Rhapsody freeze each other. I have Vista.
