Mac users have access to several programs for this purpose, including DoubleTwist and Sansa Device Sync.
I found several results for Windows based programs, including these, but I haven't tested any of them. The short answer is that I do not believe that Sansa players are natively compatible with iTunes and that a separate program is needed. So far, I sync my Clip as a USB hard drive and just drag and drop files from iTunes to folders on the Clip. That doesn't solve the playlist issue, though.
I'd give some of the third party programs a try. On my Mac, DoubleTwist is not compatible with the Clip, but I'm going to give the other one a shot. Try some of the PC programs (they're almost all freeware) and you might find one that is effective.

Is there a way to use any of the Sansa players with iTunes or are you stuck with Windows Media Player?
Apple uses DRM copyright protection on all music and video downloaded through the iTunes in order to limit you from playing the songs anywhere but on ipod iphone ipad device. sansa mp3 player is not an iTunes supported device. If your sansa is the primary device you plan to use for playing back songs on the go, I would suggest removing DRM from iTunes music files to get itunes songs to sansa fuze, 2 ways as follows:
1.Buy songs on iTunes. just Insert a blank CD. (You'd better use a rewrite CD which can be used circularly and use some software like Nero to wipe off the music files you have processed.)
2. Another option would be to use third party software that automatically converts your iTunes media to MP3. An app called DRM Converter does this quickly and easily, it support batch media conversion that can change license protected itunes content to sansa for playing with high quality
