Hello

I have formatted my Sansa View into NTFS and after that everything worked fine at first (could synchronize with WMP). But after that the View crashed and now doesn´t start anymore. If I put it on it reboots several times and then stucks at the Sansa boot logo. I tried to put the firmware on it in the recovery mode but after that it ended in the same problem. I also put a empty file with the name "Sansa.fmt" on it, but there didn´t happen anything. Do I do anything wrong?
