When I turn on my Sansa Clip it starts up and stays on the sansa symbol. I can't get it to go past that. I've tried hard resetting it (holding the power switch till it turns off) and when I plug it into my comp to try to fix it that way my comp says that the usb device isn't recognized. Nothing else is plugged into my comp when I tried this. Please help.
