I bought a clip+ about 4 months ago, and after a couple months it no longer would delete files.    (I use my clip partly to preview new music, so files get added and deleted frequently.)  I go through the steps to delete a tune, but then the tune just stays there. 

Also, is there any way to delete a whole album at once, rather than deleting tune by tune ?

For my purposes this thing is essentially broken until this problem is sorted out.
