I've owned my Clip for nearly a year, and was adding my music via Windows Explorer.

Everything worked fine.

I then learnt that my Sansa could accept a Firmware update and went for it (this was about 2 months ago) - firmware is now v02.02.35A.

However, in the process of updating the firmware, my computer now defaults to using Windows media player to 'sync' my music.

But the problem with this is that I can no longer see ALL the music I'd put onto my Sansa BEFORE the firmware update.

So that's 7.5Gb worth of music I CANNOT see on my Sansa, and 400mb which I can see because this is all I can browse using the latest method of adding music.......

To say that I'm VERY VERY frustrated by all of this is putting it VERY mildly.

Please, can anyone suggest how I can BROWSE the 7.5Gb of music and audiobook material off my Sansa Clip ??

I don't intend deleting stuff 'song by song' off of it when I would have been able to grab entire directories via the normal method previously enjoyed.

Thanks,

Jez
